We have been at the forefront of giving people the tools and platforms required for them to stand, serve lead and transform their communities through three areas of focus:

Our Catch Dem Young program focuses on identifying, nurturing, and supporting young talents, providing them with opportunities to develop their skills and achieve their dreams or becoming Leaders, and Innovators
Our Impact in the Communities to equip, train and empower individuals to become Transformational Leaders and Change Agents
In 2023, We have served over 1000 individuals through our numerous programs. 81% of those served are children and women. 43% in CIPDI TechFest Program, and 59% in our Catch dem Young Program
